RAFFLE NAME: What The Fork Christmas Trip to Amsterdam Raffle
RAFFLE PERIOD: Starts on 1 September 2025 at 00:00 AM BST and ends on 30 September at 23:59 BST.
SPONSOR: What The Fork Ltd, 9 High Street, Aberdour, KY3 0SH, Burntisland.
This raffle is open to legal residents of Scotland who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of What The Fork Ltd, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. This raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
There are 2 ways to participate in the raffle:
All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
A random drawing will be conducted on or about 1 October at roughly 5pm and recorded live from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified via [Method, e.g., email, phone call, or direct message] within 5 business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within 14 days of the initial notification. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond in time, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this raffle. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the raffle if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the raffle.
By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the raffle or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
Except where prohibited, participation in the raffle constitutes the winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
