We work with Stripe as our payment gateway provider. When joining What The Fork our team will help you set up your Stripe account and connect it to our platform.
Yes, when you come on board on our Premium package we build you your very own app which your customers can download from the App or Play Store to place online orders for Delivery, Collection or Table Ordering.
We don’t just set up customers on our platform, take our commissions and say See Ya! Instead, we work with our customers to ensure they get the best possible service. For a very low, capped, monthly cost, we give our customers support with advertising their app and making sure they are comfortable with all technical aspects, so you’re never left in the dark.
Yes, our online ordering service can be used only for delivery and collection if necessary.
No, we supply and install all the equipment you require.
